  • Business plan and budget
    We have experience in creating and managing business plans and budgets. The plan will include an in-depth analysis of the target market along with projected terms and sales forecast. We also provide a review of the competition and propose a pricing & marketing strategy. A quarterly review of the plan and budget, face to face is recommended.

    Day to day
    All our accounts are managed on a daily basis and we're able to present products within a matter of days. Our daily activities include (but are not limited too) maintaining relationships, store and head office visits, quotes, samples, liaising with quality control and warehouses - we are on hand to assist. Our goal is to always be in the know, so we can capitalise on immediate opportunities.

  • Distribution
    Mr Days can manage deliveries from the factory directly to our customer’s warehouse. We can hold stock independently or on your behalf. Currently we also manage and distribute all online sales, directly for our customers or through Amazon and our own platforms. Our customers and partners value our distribution options.

    Build your brand
    We understand the importance of maintaining and building brands. Mr Days have previously used the following tactics to launch other brands: In store, on-shelf merchandising through to online & tv campaigns. Ideally we look to emulate your successes but with a local twist. Consistency with a long term approach is important to us.

  • Licensing
    We are experienced in working with license companies from Fisher Price and BBC to Nickelodeon and Disney. Whether we're negotiating contracts, managing product approvals or conducting retail meetings, we put the same energy into our license connections as we do retailers. Mr Days understand the importance of creating new contacts as well as fostering existing relationships.

    Product innovation
    Mr Days loves product innovation and looks to work with partners who have something unique. We are also interested in developing intellectual property for our customers and partners. Together with graphic and technical designers presentations and prototypes are quickly turned-around. Currently we work with an upfront fee and ongoing royalties.
